What each domain is really testing

  • Output Evaluation (21%) — can you tell when not to trust the answer? Hallucinations, bias, fact-checking, when a human must review.
  • Workflow Integration (16%) — can you redesign a real process around Claude and explain its limits to stakeholders?
  • Governance (15%) — data sensitivity, privacy, your organization's AI policy, appropriate versus inappropriate use.
  • Prompting (14%) — decompose, iterate, adapt to analysis, research, drafting or brainstorming.
  • Product and Model Selection (12%) — Projects, research mode, chat, artifacts; Haiku, Sonnet or Opus by cost, speed and quality; context limits.
  • Configuration (12%) — Project instructions, knowledge sources, connectors such as Google Drive and Gmail.
  • Troubleshooting (10%) — diagnose a weak prompt or output and fix it.

Rules that cost an attempt

  • Multiple-response items state how many to select — check before choosing.
  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead; later changes, a no-show or late arrival forfeit the fee.
  • Retake waits: 14 → 30 → 90 days. Four attempts maximum in a rolling twelve months.
  • ID: valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID whose name matches your registration exactly.
  • Per-domain percentages on the report do not decide pass or fail — only the total scaled score does.
