These terms cover your use of Every Exam Prep. Using the site means accepting them. They are meant to be read, so they say what they mean.

Independence and trademarks

Exam names, body names, and certification marks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe what a page is about — nominative reference, not a claim of association. No exam body has reviewed, approved, or licensed our material. Where a page mentions a commercial course or product we have a financial relationship with, that is labelled on the page and explained in our affiliate disclosure.

What the content is, and is not

We build study material from official outlines, candidate handbooks, statutes, and governing-body guidance, and we record what each figure came from. Even so, exam requirements change, sometimes mid-year and sometimes without notice. Before you rely on a fee, a deadline, a passing score, or an eligibility rule, confirm it with the body that administers the exam. Where we and the official source disagree, the official source is right and we want to hear about it — see how we handle corrections.

No result on this site guarantees a result on a real exam. We do not promise that using Every Exam Prep will get you a pass, a licence, a registration, or a job.

Real exam content stays off this site

Exam bodies require candidates to keep live test content confidential, and those agreements bind you personally. Do not send us remembered or reproduced exam questions, and do not post them anywhere on this site. We will delete such material and we will not pay for it. This protects you more than it protects us: breaking a candidate agreement can void a result or bar you from sitting the exam again.

Using the site

Read, study, print, and share links freely. Do not scrape the question banks in bulk, resell our material as your own, or use the site to break the law or interfere with anyone else's use of it. Automated access that degrades the service for other people may be blocked.

Accounts and credits

Core study content needs no account. An account adds saved progress and the AI tutor, which runs on credits you can buy through Stripe. Credits pay for tutor usage only and carry no cash value. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. If something went wrong with a purchase, write to contact@everyexamprep.com and we will look at it — a person reads that address.

Our material

The practice questions, explanations, study guides, charts, and site design are ours and are protected by copyright. Quote a passage with attribution and a link; do not republish a page or a question bank wholesale. Ask us if you want to use something more substantially — the answer is often yes.

Links to other sites

We link to official bodies and, sometimes, to commercial course providers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they publish, charge, or do with your data.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is, without warranty. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of error. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site — including an exam result. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects consumer rights you hold under the law of your own country.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when the site changes, and the date at the top moves when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms.
