Editorial Policy

Our goal is useful, source-traceable study material for high-stakes exams. This policy explains what we collect, where software assists, who checks the work, and how updates are recorded.

Official-source grounding

Research starts with primary sources published by the responsible body: exam outlines, candidate handbooks, statutes, administrative rules, fee schedules, and official program pages. We store the source URL with the claim it supports. Other prep sites may help us notice a topic, but they are not the authority for exam facts.

How we use AI

AI-assisted tools may classify source material, suggest an outline, or prepare a draft from the collected facts. AI does not count as an author, reviewer, credential, or source. A factual statement that cannot be tied to an approved source is corrected, removed, or held from publication.

Human roles and review scope

Pages are prepared under the Every Exam Prep Editorial Team name. Founder and lead editor Vincent Ruan maintains the publishing standards and may edit or review material within his stated experience. His credentials do not create blanket reviewer credit across the site. A page names a person as reviewer only when that person reviewed the specific version, the scope is recorded, and the person agreed to be identified.

Automated source and consistency checks are not described as human review. The visible byline identifies the publishing team and links back to this policy. Read more about the editorial team and field responsibilities.

Verification and publication gate

A separate verification pass looks for unsupported numbers, conflicting dates, missing citations, and statements that exceed what the source says. Content stays unpublished when its entity, page type, or factual blocks have not passed the publication and verification checks. We do not publish placeholder pages simply because a URL can be generated. Passing an automated gate confirms those checks ran; it is not evidence that a named specialist reviewed the page.

Practice questions, not leaked questions

All practice questions on this site are original, written to mirror the style, difficulty, and topic coverage of the official blueprint. They are practice questions, not leaked questions. We do not publish, solicit, or reproduce live exam content, and using real exam questions would violate the rules of every governing body — and would not help you learn the material.

Dates, corrections, and versions

Content records are versioned rather than overwritten. “Published” is the first live date, “Updated” is the latest content-version date, and “Last verified” is when the cited official material was most recently checked. When an official rule changes or we confirm a material error, we create a new version and update the visible date. Material editorial changes are summarized below; minor spelling and formatting fixes are not listed.
