What ExamFX does better

  • State-approved pre-licensing hours. Most states require a certified pre-licensing course before you may sit; ExamFX is an approved provider and we are not. No amount of free practice satisfies that requirement.
  • Course content maintained per state, which matters because the state law portion is where candidates actually fail.
  • Carrier relationships — if your agency has an ExamFX contract, your access is already paid for.

Buy ExamFX if

  • Your state mandates pre-licensing education. Buy the approved course; there is no legal shortcut.
  • Your carrier or agency is paying, which is the normal case in this vertical.
  • You need the securities and insurance lines from one provider because you are dual-licensing.

Use the free route if

  • Your state has no pre-licensing requirement, or you have already completed the hours and only need drilling.
