• If a question stalls you past ~1 minute, flag it and move on — never let one item eat your buffer.

Scoring — What "Scaled" Means

Your reported result is a scaled score, and the cut point is 390. A scaled score is not a raw percentage of questions correct, so don't try to convert "X right out of 150" into the 390 threshold — treat 390 simply as the pass/fail line NHA reports.
