What Is Scaled Score?
A statistically adjusted score, reported on a fixed range such as ISACA's 200-800 scale, that accounts for variation in difficulty across different exam forms.

Scaled Score appears on the following exams. Each defines it in the context candidates are tested on:
- CISM
- A statistically adjusted score, reported on a fixed range such as ISACA's 200-800 scale, that accounts for variation in difficulty across different exam forms.
- PTCB (CPhT)
- A converted score used to report exam results on a common scale rather than a raw count of correct answers, so results are comparable across different exam versions. For the PTCE, the passing scaled score is 1,400.
- NREMT EMT
- A statistically adjusted score that lets the exam compare candidates fairly across different question sets of varying difficulty. On the NREMT EMT cognitive exam, a scaled score of 950 marks the passing point.
- CCMA (NHA)
- A converted score that adjusts raw results to a common scale so that different exam versions are comparable in difficulty. On the CCMA exam a scaled score of 390 or higher is required to pass.
- CMA (AAMA)
- A converted score that adjusts raw exam results onto a common scale so that different test versions are comparable in difficulty. On the CMA (AAMA) exam, the minimum passing score is 405.
